How a trip payment plan works
1 · Commitment
A small amount today locks the spot. Refundable per the organizer’s named policy.
2 · Optional deposit
Organizers can ask for a larger deposit up front for hotels or flights they need to book.
3 · Installments
Equal payments on the cadence the organizer chose, each with a reminder before it’s due.
4 · Deadline
Everything is paid by the organizer’s deadline. Late installments show as overdue in the portal, never as a surprise charge.
