Packages, itinerary, photos, a payment plan — commitment, optional deposit, installments to a deadline — and one of five named refund policies. Not ready to launch? Turn on the interest list and collect notify-me signups first.

Shares one link
letsgravel.com/trip/… — it unfurls as a rich card wherever the group already talks. Public trips also show up in the app's Discover marketplace; private trips stay invite-only.

Travelers reserve their spot and pay on their plan
Three fields, no password, no app. Follow the plan or pay in full. Book up to 4 companions and decide per person who pays. Every installment is paid by the traveler when due — reminded by email and push, never charged automatically.

The trip lives in the app
Group chat, messages with the organizer, itinerary, photos and videos, payment schedule and reminders. Plans change? A refund calculator shows exactly what comes back before you leave a trip.

Organizer gets paid on schedule
Payouts go to your bank automatically. The portal shows collected, overdue and still-to-come, one-tap reminders, refunds with a preview, a printable payment report, and disputes handled with a one-click evidence pack.
